Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RMBG, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

RMBG is an online tool that removes image backgrounds using AI. Each background removal consumes credits from your account. New accounts receive a limited amount of free credits; additional credits can be purchased.

Acceptable Use

You agree to only upload images that you own or have the rights to use. You must not use the service to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Your Content

You retain the rights to the images you upload and the results you download. You are responsible for making sure your use of the results complies with the rights of the original image owners.

Payments and Credits

Credits are prepaid and consumed per task. Pricing may change with notice; changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Refund and cancellation policy (please read carefully before purchasing):

• Automatic refund on failed tasks: if a cloud processing task fails, the credits charged for it are automatically returned to your balance — no request needed.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable: credits are digital goods delivered and usable immediately upon purchase, so all purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire. Please confirm the credit amount of a package before buying.
• Exceptions: for duplicate charges, credits not delivered, or incorrect amounts caused by a payment system failure, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days with your order details. After verification we will top up the missing credits or refund the corresponding payment to the original method.
• Free bonus credits: credits granted at sign-up are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire with the account.
• Account closure: when an account is closed, all remaining credits (including unused purchased credits) expire immediately and are not refunded.

Purchased credits are non-transferable.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations for every image.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
